WHAT DO U DO WITH YOUR THOUGHT?
Like a hunch, a brainwave, a flash, intuition….. great ideas come into our minds. Many times at a lonely periods, while taking showers, at meals, perhaps while focusing our attention on an important issues.
What do you do with these ideas? How many of them are expressed?
I am persuaded that if these ideas were to be written out and pursued, we wont be in this present position.
Think of one of those ideas that excited you so much. What has happened to them?
There is nothing greater than seeing your dream and aspiration come true. However, this does not take place without a step further to develop your idea.
Permit me for being lazy to expanciate the following points, that might help you realize those ideas
.
1. write them down-don’t hesitate. Don’t procrastinate. Take a step further to write them as they are coming in your head. Never mind your mistake while writing them.
2. brainstorm on them-vigorous exercising of your brain on the matter will further give direction.
3. research on them-no man is an island of knowledge. There are various intellectual publications that relate to your ideas. They will guide you further in developing such ideas.
4. consult experts-you might be encouraged further when you meet with the experts in that areas of your ideas. At this stage you might discover that the ideas are too enormous for you to handle. If you believe in them that your works/ideas will not be hijacked-hand over to them. At the end the credit will go to you. It is better for them to develop than being wasted in your hands due to your incompetence. It usually said that the richest place on earth is the grave. Why? Great ideas undeveloped are buried.
5. strategize-map out a plan that will help you accomplish the task. Failure to plan means plan to fail.
6. count the cost-the cost of accomplishing your ideas will either push you or pull you back. It will be foolish of anybody to embark on a project without counting the cost. Bible encourages us to count cost before building a house.
7. believe in yourself-a self determined man has half-won the battle!
